This error normally relates to a hardware incompatability or driver issue. Have you added any new hardware or drivers recently.?

Please follow this guide to attach the minidump so I can have a closer look.

Below the reply box click on Go Advanced. Then scroll down until you see a button Manage Attachments. Click on that and a popup-window opens.

Click on the Browse button, find the minidump files you wish to attach on your PC and doubleclick on it. Normally found in C:\Windows\minidump

Now click on the Upload button in the popup. When done, click on the Close this window button.

Enter your message-text, then click on Submit Message.

Mark56,

Again, all the info I have is as follows:

Have a look under the Advanced tab in System settings from your Control Panel and check that it is set to save small memory dumps and/or where it is saving them. If you can't see any dumps under C:\Windows\minidump it is most likely switched off.

You could try attaching the file above that ends Mini042011-01.dmp as that should be a dump file from 20th April.

I really need to analyse a minidump to be able to help much further.

Minidump Files for analysis

Mark56,
The file you requested is attached. The same problem occurred this morning as yesterday, a suddenly unexpected reboot on start up. The last previous mini-dump was October 2010; so this is something new.
