Ok here is what I was going to build a while back I had been planning on using this motherboard for a long time so had no second choices now that it is discontinued and the replacement is back ordered and plus I don't know much about the replacement I am looking for some suggestions this is basically a budget build. I may go with a different cpu too just depending on prices. Thanks a bunch ahead of time.

I second that motherboard suggestion. It's the sucessor to the GA-P35-DS3L and looks to be just as good from the reviews.

As for your build, I'd recommend this HDD since it offers more space for the same price as the one you've chosen. Everything else looks great.

Rage_3K_Moiz, did u not notice the hard drive he chose was a SATA, where the one u suggested was an IDE?
