Suggestions on Horror/Scary games

Hello there,
I've been looking for a good horror PC game to play recently and I would just like a few suggestions on what you guys think is the scariest game out there right now. I'm alright with old games, but not too old, mainly because the graphics might dull the experience.

Silent Hill
Resident Evil
Alone in the Dark

Aren't they meant to be "scary" Give them ago. Also F.E.A.R. made me jump a few times, not really a scary game though overall.

The Suffering is good at that, as is its sequel. I'd also recommend Clive Barker's Undying, the Fatal Frame series, The Thing and Dino Crisis in addition to the above games.
