Super slow start up, need help fixing DRM licence corruption

  1. hey guys, when i start up it takes soo long to start up and i actually have to run task manager and run the task explorer.exe and then it will maybe work... also if i logon to my familys account it starts up fine... this is a fresh install of windows running Winows XP sp 2 i still need to install sp3 . I looked at system errors i got this

    i looked it up (got no support) and its a DRM corruption it says acquire a new licence

    Any help?

    "The go to this page for Security component upgrade:
    http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/...en/indivit.asp" when i go there the upload button is faded out and i cant push it

    try to close all programs and all IE windows and open only the Security component upgrade page.
