Svchost dialog box

Hello everyone. I am having problems with my dell inspiron. I have windows vista and keep geting a pop up dialog box. The error in the box reads: Sorry, jpeg dll not found. You must reinstall this program. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue? I attached my highjackthis log...just in case. Thanks in advance.

Okay, here are the files you wanted to see. I hope I did everything right and didn't forget to do a step. My computer no longer has the pop up Svchost dialog box. So hopefully the anti malware and superantispyware were able to get rid of it. Thanks again for your help.

One of the best logs I've seen
By the way I noticed SpybotSD installed, this should have been removed, as per the guide's recommendations
You can also now remove SuperAntiSpyware
Then restart

How does it seem to be running now?
If good, then continue below:

Go to Start >> Run - type or copy/paste control sysdm.cpl,,4 and then press Enter
* Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
* Click Apply
Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click Apply, and then OK

I too noticed the spybot on one of the logs. I looked for it and cannot find it. What am I missing? The computer seems to be running correctly now.

If you cannot find the un-install for SpybotsSD in Add\Remove programs
You may need to re-install it, then uninstall it again
