Svchostexe error

The error reads:
The instruction at "0x00510007" referenced memory at "0x0bb7fa60".

Can anyone help me on what this error means. Since yesterday my computer has just fallen seriously ill. My internet has stopped working on that computer for a unknown reason. It connects to my SSID but it says in the taskbar "aquiring network adress". Any help? Other wise the computer is getting wiped and having a full re-install on windows.

FIRST, try Restore System Restore Point from at least TWO days prior to the symptom occurance.
