System Error - Category 102 - Event ID 1003

    I am trying to fix my bosses wife's computer. I checked her event log and I get the following error.
    Error code 1000007f, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 f77ffd70, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.
