    hope someone can help me to find out what is the problem .. if it is a hardware memory error.

    Go and read this thread HERE and see if it helps you to identify the culprit.

    If it doesn`t, please attach 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps.

    Is that just a guess, or do you know something I don`t, or maybe you`re just psychic? Lol.

    Not quite psychic. Cpc2004 resolved 2 cases on another forum/s. Both crashed at IRQL 1b (BCP2), and both were caused by Panda Firewall.
