System Infected pctools website blocked

Hi, my system has just been infected and I cannot access the pctools website to download spyware doctors smart update (tried using firefox ie and spyware doctors smart update function). I have had a similar problem with my wife's computer and was able to successfully remove the virus using spyware doctor, now that i cannot access pctools website I'm at a loss as other programs just wont remove the virus.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
