System Restarting with Blue Screen

This is Anil. I am facing a restarting problem with blue screen...my systems is running on WINDOWS2003 SERVER WITH SP2.
I am attaching the error files, minidump and bmp files please help me in resolving this issue. Any help will be appreciated.

All the crashes look to be caused by mvstdi5x.sys - File Info. See if you can update it.
