System restore from the task manger??

Ok... I ran a spyware program and it deleted some thing i guess i needed. Now when i turn on the computer it doesnt show any Icons task bar or anything. the only thing i can pull up is the task Manager. Can i run the system restore from the task manager anywhere?? I can open programs by using the file...New task (run) but i cant find control panel in there... Any help would be greatful.

unfortunately, with system restore, many viruses will also infect the system restore files therefore regenerating the virus upon "restore"

run your computer in safe mode and uninstal all spyware programs you instaled. it might be blocking PC startup process..
system restore is useless... it's beter to turn it off... :knock:
