  1. the ordinal 414 cold not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll

    the ordinal 650 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll

    Well this is a nice post... NOT! Can you provide a little more information like your computers specs and version of Windows?

    the DLLs sited are corrupted or out of sync with the program that called for those ordinals (ie numbers).

    Can you start in Safe Mode? if so get to a command prompt and run
    SFC /SCANNOW

    you will need your Install CD

    another frequently seen symptom is "Entry point xyz not found in abc.dll"

    sure sign of a dll which is out of sync with the application.
