System Time format changed In win XP

hi guys..

Today my system was attacked by some sort of a virus,but due to eset nod32 av my system was recoverd from that virus but a strange thing happened my system time format was 12-hour was changed to 24-hour time format automatically i tried to change it from the taskbar but it does'nt help me...Is there is any solution so that i can get my pc's time format back to 12-hour...Thanks..

So you have gone to Regional Settings in Control Panel, and tried to re-adjust?
