System tray problem.

    Ok well i got my computer reformatted about, 3 motnhs ago. And since then i have not been able to see my system tray. Everything goes there, like when i minizimize the programs they go there but i cant see them. Hideing them is not on, and its not even an option to be selected. Ive tried everything, i can think of but no luck. Any ideas?( I even get msn online pop ups,but i cant see any of the icons)
