System32/Drivers/Pci.sys is missing or corrupt.

  1. I am trying to start up my computer, but when I start it up, I get a message "System32/Drivers/Pci.sys is missing or corrupt." I've read other articles, and they say to use the recovery disc. When I try using it, it just takes me back to a screen that says "System32/Drivers/Pci.sys is missing or corrupt." It's always looping me back to the same place.
