T60 supervisor password removal

Has anybody got any ideas on how to remove the supervisor password? I know you need the pc8394t prgramming tools but can't seem to find them

or go to the "Thinkpad Mailing list" <Thinkpads@Stderr.org> or the well managed site at www.thinkpads.com

We are not sure of the possibilities since Lenovoa bought out the IBM computer business, but two years ago, there was no way to repair a Thinkpad password problem, except to have the motherboard replaced.
I am not aware of any IBM or Lenovo Thinkpads which have had passwords removed without a hardware change.
