My task bar get frozen everytime i turn my computer on and load into the desktop. I installed windows XP Pro. version, then Windows 2000 Pro, and then I tried Vista Ultimate, all happens the same. Everytime, i have to hit ctrl-alt-del keys to unblock. I format my hard drive with dos version 6.22. Again, still get the same result. I suspect it has something to do with my memory. My system is running with Pentium 4. 3.00ghz, 2gb memory. It has been running great for the last 3 year until now. Thank you for your time and suggestion.
