Task Manager Disabled help

    Somehow my kids turned off the task manager and it keeps telling me that it was disabled by the administrator, however I have never set up administrative on this computer. I don't know how they turned it off, nor do I know how to turn it back on. I run XP on this computer...any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
