OK hang on all we have to do are the steps!

I just noticed you downloaded and ran Norman when I asked for DrWeb.

Better do this..

Go here Download DrWeb https://www.techspot.com/vb/post724044-3.html

Then boot to Safe Mode only! Not with Networking.

DrWeb will fisrt do and Express Scan on its own, when it completes then do a full scan.

The first Virus it finds select Cure and chose to do the same for all the rest.

This will take hours but is your best chance at this point!

i have downloaded drweb cure it
and run it
it detected some viruses and as per ur suggestion i selected cure it

but after that when i updated malwarebytes and scanned
same object infections were found
i've attached log

how to remove it

Download then Roguefix http://www.internetinspiration.co.uk/downloads/roguefix_2.239.bat Note if the file opens instead of downloading then Rt click and chose "Save As"

When finished it will reboot the computer when back to desktop do the below.

the instructions for running it are also on this page print page if necessary and run it.

After reboot run both MBAM and ComboFix to confirm it is gone.Attach logs!
