Task Manager is missing in Windows Vista Basic! gpedit, regedit cant run as well

    My Task Manager is missing! I try to open gpedit, regedit in RUN, but all of them can't run as well. Error " XXX is disabled by your administrator" even though I'm already an administrator.

    I've attached HijackThis log file. Please help!

    Touch,

    I'd scanned through using SUPERantispyware, deleted those craps and restarted, but stil the same. I will rerun and attach the log file here.
