Task Manager Wont Open

Im Trying to access my Task Manager but when I press Atl+ Control and Del nothing happens. Im running Windows XP if that helps Im not exactly good with programing or how to change settings.

If ctrl alt del doesn't do anything for you, then you've got some issues to work out. Anyhow, the shortcut for Task manager is Ctrl Shift Esc, give that a shot and see what happens.
