    i have a friend that tells me that there are three accounts on his pc, but only two can open the task manager, can this be possible ?
    should he be looking for a virus or could his daughter have denied it access with a firewall to her account only? or something more ?

    Yes, it`s possible for the account that can`t open the task manager to have an infection that`s not on the other two accounts. So it only runs with the one account and disable the task manager.
