Tcpip.sys BSOD probelm, need help in reading minidump file

  1. recently is getting bsod frequently, can anyone help me read my minidump file?

    Can we have your computers specs? Tcpip.sys refers to your Ethernet or local area network driver used for connection to the Internet

    Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200
    Gigabyte G31M-S2L
    Mushkin DDR2 RAM 1x1GB 1x2GB

    is this enough?

    Yes... do you know how to update or check for a new network driver? Is this Windows XP?

    yes i know and this is WIndows XP. my current network drivers are the latest version from the gigabyte website. should I stay with the latest driver or stick with the old 1 which came in the dvd with the mobo?

    You could try reverting to the old driver from the CD. Do you have any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?
