Tech Support Cop-Out

  1. Does everyone have as tough of a time as I have getting tech support to resond? Particularly with motherboards. Manufacturers say go to the retailer and the retailer says go to the manufacturer.

    I find SOYO support a BLACK HOLE where requests go in and never come out. Asus used to be good but is going down hill fast.

    Any comments?

    Thats normal.

    You are really supposed to go through the retailer (with whom you have a contract for supplying the goods), but they are usually the least able to help.

    If you cannot get the answers you need by doing some online research, then simply return the board.
