Is there a reason the laptop has Vista loaded versus Window 7? Would seem that Win 7, even the starter version would make it quicker than Vista.

I already posted - asking to get in, but just in case it helps make sure my posts are counted : I know what i would do if i got. My brother is going to Belize with the peace corps at the end of the month and could really use a newer and more importantly smaller computer with better battery life. His currently one is 4 years old, weighs a ton, and battery life is down to like 30 min. Was fine for a desktop replacement in his dorm room, but not so great for travel. Anyway - it goes to him if i win :-D
