I'm not sure what the deal is but here the last few days, TechSpot has been very slow to load periodically. After refreshing my browser a half dozen time, I finally succeeded in getting TechSpot to load. I've checked other websites during the problomatic periods and TechSpot is the only one with issues loading.

use PING TECHSPOT.COM to see the raw network performance.

IMO, when I've seen this, the issue was the Internet Path from me to TS, not TS itself.
You can see this using pathping techspot.com (be patient, the time to complete will be shown). Then look at the times from one node to the next - - typically, one of them will be terrible or even show timeouts. That indites the network, not TS.

Just in case, today we had to restart our server for maintenance but that didn't last more than a few minutes.

Traffic has been on the upside lately, which combined with the Product Finder launch has increased our server load overall. That said, if this is causing load time issues that we can confirm we will investigate until we can fully resolve any potential problems.

Please do follow up with your findings (same for other members) and thank you for your valuable feedback.

Following up on this. Have you noticed any marked improvements or absence of slowdowns in the past week?

Thanks!

Computing statistics for 400 seconds...
Would my ping reply be the following?

ping reply is ~31ms over 16 hops and pathping is 0% drops

.

yes but - - the 0% would be at the end of the 400 second processing and deducable from the absence of things like x/100; eg all showing 0/100
