ive just been givin a toshiba tecra s1 motherboard for my laptop now my mate says it turns on ok with the battery and boots to windows but as soon as he put the charger into it. it turns off has anybody got any ideas on whats wrong with it bcos a think the video chip is going on mine thanks.
