  3. JANET (Joint Academic Network) in the UK could do that back in the '80s.
  4. They MEAN "first photo on the www network/protocol" not the first picture posted on 'the internet' of course. But it's easier to continue to praise Berners-Lee. They gave him a knighthood for basicly repackaging what already existed.
  5. Seriously, no one could possibly know if this was the 1st pic to be uploaded via WWW.
