I've been playing an online game called The Hunter http://www.thehunter.com/pub/ It's the closest thing to real life hunting that I've seen but it's only single player mode at the moment and the game makers intend to add multiplayer at a later date, It also needs a half decent computer to pay it and with free play you only get one animal to hunt
