While opening my e-mail in IE, It just never opens and eventually I get the message [The instruction at "0x76100887" referenced memory at "0x74828d8c". The memory could not be "read".] After this, I went to download the Microsoft Service Pack 2, which did not help the problem, so I removed it from my computer.
When I open my hotmail e-mail account in AOL, it works fine. I am not real sure what would have just started this. I am not good with messing with my computer. I try to keep it simple and it has been working good for a long time. If anyone has any ideas that don't require a degree in Computer Science, I could use it. This is a little bit troubling...I would like to get it fixed.
