The Pokémon Company is investigating Palworld and the potential for IP violation

I don't think you even read what I said. I wrote that this generic-dull-poor game copied the pokemon designs down to the smallest detail, that's obvious. I did not say that copying elements, even if so crudely and without any improvement, is grounds for legal action.

The game itself is an allegory that proves how easy it is to make money from "gamers",
the game uses generic assets purchased from UE4, copied elements from Ark, Pokémon designs to attract attention and... there go the pathetic "gamers" throwing money at this dull thing.
Again, I’ll repeat myself, the latest Pokémon games, have sucked, Nintendo has done a worse job than these “asset stealing” small time developers…

As commented above, if they really had a leg to stand on, they would have sued already, they haven’t.

You’re seeing details that aren’t actually there.
What you’re missing is the poor state of Pokémon and its genre at large. You can pretend every gamer is stupid all you want, those sales numbers either prove an absolutely massive amount of people are stupid, like an unreasonably large amount of people. OR there is a genuine appetite for Pokémon style games on PC that aren’t completely terrible.

The facts don't add up. Nintendo and sub-studios under their wings can do whatever crap they want with the IP they have, and that will never make this generic thing good or a cheap copy of Pokémon designs correct.

They could make a decent game with all the RPG and monster capturing elements without getting involved in any controversy or legal battles. But the guy behind this studio has already assumed that he copies everything and won't make an effort to create anything original, he said very naturally. This type is no different from those who release bad or broken games just thinking about money. If pokemon games are bad, just boycott them.
If the hardware is obscenely expensive, don't buy it.
If pre-order games are often buggy, wait before purchasing.

But do people do this? No, they complain over and over, but continue throwing money at companies that do wrong things.

You are, absolutely right, they've made only sh*t games for the Pokemon franchise for many years now, No one is arguing with that, Nobody is arguing to stop Nintendo doing whatever they want to do...
and that will never make this generic thing good or a cheap copy of Pokémon designs correct.
Ah, you're "one of those" people, who argues and moans about this stuff on the internet but doesn't actually play games, got it, now I know who I'm talking to.

Because if you did play games, your argument would apply to every game made today, Everything is Half-Life, Donkey Kong, Zelda, Neverwinter...
This type is no different from those who release bad or broken games just thinking about money.
So anything that's been released by, oh boy, where do I start? Microsoft? Activision? EA? Ubisoft? in the last what? 6 years at least? Glad that you find this "no different" than 90% of the industry at the moment?
If pokemon games are bad, just boycott them.
So playing Palworld ISN'T boycotting or sending a message?
If the hardware is obscenely expensive, don't buy it.

Based on your pretty warped ideas of Palworld, and your pretty insane ideas of originality and copying, I'd say there isn't a single company out there in existence right now you would consider a "good" company...

You don't know how to argue beyond a poorly developed binary idea, just like the game you defend.

There is a subtle but significant nuance between inspiration and copying, I have already explained this, If you had the slightest interpretative ability you would have understood my words completely.
but it is a waste of time to explain it to someone lacking the culture to understand it.

And in fact, I've actually been busier in recent years living, exploring other hobbies and outdoor activities than playing. Games are on a downward trend, as are those who play them, and pay for all the rubbish created to exploit gamers' addictions. Keep throwing money and time in the trash if you want. It's amazing, right? Right.

That's precisely my point, you genuinely believe Palworld looks identically like Pokemon and not just (if at times heavily) inspired by Pokemon.
My entire point was how you aren't seeing the difference and therefore followed your rules and went to your own logical outcome, every game is a near duplicate copy of another game.
And in fact, I've actually been busier in recent years living, exploring other hobbies and outdoor activities than playing. Games are on a downward trend
So my guess was spot on, you haven't even played Palworld or any recent Pokemon games. Yet here you are, in the comment section explaining to everyone how it's a near perfect replica and they should be sued to kingdom come...
just like the game you defend.

I don't play Palworld, tried it, wasn't for me, moved on with my life. I'm here defending it because it absolutely isn't a direct copy of Pokemon, not at all. Digimon was more of a rip off than this is.

I cba to debate with you anymore, mainly because you don't even play games, yet are trying to force your opinion on them with no evidence, logic or even attempt to play the game you're criticizing.
