When and if is this available in the US? As of a month ago technical support on the Coolermaster Forums didn't know or if it was coming to the US. The Silencio 550 is not and only the 450 is on Newegg.

I have the old one. My only con is that it doesn't have a handle to pick it up.

Got the older Coolernaster Silencio 550 and been mostly very satisfied with the case. It is silent and has nice set of features, but as quiet as the case is, I found that the HDD directly connected to the metal HDD caddy are resonating quite a bit. I do not see the new Silencio 650 addressing this issue. E.g. Antec Solo chassis had very efficient system for damping the HDD resonating via cushioned HDD caddies, would like to see something similar with Silencio cases in the future.

Nice review, one thing I noticed which can't be right, "We also crammed in half a dozen Western Digital Scorpio Blue 500GB HDDs and a Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000 1TB drive." The Scorpio line refers to 2.5" drives, and I figure you've installed 3.5" drives part of the Caviar line. If I was in the market for a quiet case I'd consider this for sure. But as I am not it is still a nice solid case.

I have had this case for 2 months now and already the fan speed controller switch is no longer working. The fans keep going at 1200 rpm and they are LOUD, even at 700rpm there is a rattling sound coming out of them and I have an otherwise silent system (ssd, passive psu, etc.) and at 700rpm it doesn't keep the CPU and HDDs cool enough. Conclusion, I am disappointed in this product and don't recommend it.
