    The source code of Android on the Galaxy Nexus deemed “trade secret” by Google


    Although Google releases some versions of Android through the Android Open Source Project, the internal functionality of Android running on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is Google’s trade secret.

    I always suspected that Google will stop android being an 'open source' mobile OS at some point in time, is this the first step in this direction? Although the reason here might have been fear of getting into further trouble with regard to android's patent theft .... again.
