You might need to install a new micro-SDHC flash card into your phone

Same happened to me, but with my iPhone. What the problem is that your USB port that you are connecting your phone to has been corrupted. Fixing this is simple; just shut down your laptop and unplug it (if it's plugged in), count to ten, then plug it back in. This clears the motherboard of old data and allows the port to read your phone's digital signature. But of course, Blackberries are different from iPhones, so I might be wrong... It never hurts to try, though!

    Hi,
As the others have said, it could also be the micro card has failed, I know of one that was new out of the packet, August 2012, and had failed. It was replaced by the shop, and all was ok after that.
