Third party PC vendor reliability?

  1. I have a fairly old system and have been thinking about building my next PC vs. purchasing one from a third party vendor (you know, the companies that advertise their rigs in magazines like Maximum PC). I sort of like the security of a warranty and someone to call if something gets dorked up. I built my current PC, but between my job and family I just don't have the idle time I once did.

So, does anyone out there have customer feedback on these companies? I'm looking for a moderate gaming rig...nothing too high end, but something that will run Flight Sim X respectablly (sp?).

Try pugit systems, they put together really clean setups, and have reliable customer service.
