Are you asking what equipment to add to these components to provide adequate cooling?

    Are you going to OC?

I don't plan to OC. I'm just an average user who will use it mostly for the Adobe products I have. I will eventually get into playing games but not as much as probably a lot of people on this board. I'm thinking the heatsink that comes with the processor will be enough. Cause the case can have added fans.

I see that the case you have selected comes with 2 80mm fans (top = intake & rear = exhaust). I would certainly think about adding a fan to the front (intake) to help cool the HDD's and changing the exhaust fan to a 120mm for better overall circulation. 2 fans might add about $20 total to your build. The HSF that comes with your processor should be just fine since you don't plan on overclocking.
