Hi, Im fairly sure that my system is clean but i would like a second opinion!!!

Please rename HijackThis.exe to whatever you want and post a fresh HJT log. This is because some malware can hide from HijackThis.exe.

I called it SmileyFace.exe!!!!

I am currently in the process of attempting to learn as much as i can about analyzing hjt logs!!!!
