Timeout on rasphone

Is there a configuration in Windows to change the timeout period for dialing the rasphone?
OS: Windows 7 & Windows 8

Oh man...dial up ..never thought I would hear about that ever again. Many years ago (like Windows 98 days) I got a hold of an application called "Keep Alive" that would do just what I think you wanted. I don't know if you can Google and find that app again but it would keep a dial up connection alive for me, so it would stop disconnecting me. Ahh the bad old days......=)
