Would have been nice to have included privatemail.com, I use this and it's a great private/secure email service. Encrypted email is useless unless the person at the other end also encrypts/decrypts the emails.
Skiff Mail should probably be added to the list. Private, encrypted and PGP support. And Posteo has had a spam folder since October, the information in the list saying that they do not have a spam folder is not correct.
