Toshiba Bios not loading

hey i got a prob with my Toshiba, is an A215 series, and the problem is that when i turn on my computer, does not load anything, my LCD stay same as when the laptop is turned off!! and i want to know what could it be?? if it is my BIOS that craked o what?? cause it doesnt load anything, not even my bios!!

check the battery or use the AC adapter
