Toshiba L300 07r help

I need my laptop for school it's acting up!!!
The LCD screen maintains a grey screen and will not even boot the bios.
I hooked an external monitor and it boots the bios.
When i look through the bios it says there is no hard disk
I've open the comp and there is a hard disk
I get a pce error i haveno idea wat's wrong with this thing?
I've un hookedthe hardisk and retried it nothing.
I think i need to re install and operating system but what's the point with no hard drive and if the lcd screen isn't working
Help pls

I guess even if it was under warranty; by disassembling it you probably have voided it. I am not sure what do you mean with 'pce error' ?
