Toshiba preps AMD Brazos-based NB550D netbook

  1. Yet another AMD Brazos-based netbook has appeared ahead of the platform's launch, this time from Toshiba. Notebook Italia has the scoop on the company's upcoming entry, which has similar specifications as Acer's Aspire One 522. The NB550D marks the third and most powerful system in Toshiba's NB line, featuring a C-50 Ontario APU, which houses two 1GHz Bobcat processing cores and a Radeon 6250 graphics chip with support for DirectX 11 and hardware-accelerated video decoding.

    I agree. That design is really not that attractive.
  4. That's probably the best laptop Toshiba has designed, they all usually look crap to me.
