Hard Drive sounds to be faulty.
Other than pressing F1, is there another prompt to go into Setup (Possible F2)
Once in CMOS Setup, confirm that you can see your HardDrive (Gig size?)
You may need to reseat your internal Hard Drive (physically that is) and try again.
Also if you had to enter the date and time again, it's possible that CMOS Setup defaults should be done. If you get the same result after another restart (enter date and time) then your CMOS battery (tiny round battery mounted on your Motherboard) requires replacing.
