Hate to say - probably dead. It's an over-heating issue related to the graphic chip, the heat causes the ball grid array connection to crack and fail.

You can try a BGA repair, where they heat and press it back together, but the repair is not as strong as original, and it will likely fail again.

I attempted a BGA repair, which failed twice, then sold the bits - screen, CD-ROM, HDD, battery, power brick on eBay for about $400 total.
