Transferring screensavers from XP to W7

I have a screensaver on my XP Pro that I got from a website no longer in service.
Please don't tell me screen savers are not needed on flat screen monitors because I know that. I did a search on my computer for ".scr" & found the screensaver I want to transfer so I clicked copy & pasted it in my 465 gb USB flashdrive where it works. I just want to know how to transfer it to W7 so it'll work on it.
I do not know yet if the W7 is 32 or 64 bit.
I'm supposed to be getting it on the 23rd & yes, its 2nd hand. A friend is giving it to me.TIA

It should, even if its only 32bit. Win 7 64 bit will run 32bit programs.

Thank you.Ok, then I just need to know where to install it (paste it) once I get the W7 here.
I guess I'll re do the search to see the path & write it down. Hopefully that'll work.
