Tricky Malware and Assorted Stuff

I'm running Windows XP.

Symptoms:
Google Redirect
Can't enter bleepingcomputer.com
MBAM, HJT, and SAS do not run (its not missing the .exe)
IEXPLORER.exe won't stop running
Fake Anti Malware

What happens when you try to run the programs?

If you can't run them in Normal Mode, try running in Safe Mode. They can be redone when some of the malware has been removed.

• Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard.
• Select the Safe Mode option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER.

How do you know you have 'Fake antimalware?' Virus scan? Log?

Describe the redirect as follows:
Since you question a Google Redirect, I'd like you to describe what's happening:
1. If you type a word in the Google search box, and then choose one of the sites that comes up, what happens?
2. Does a different site load?
3. Does any site load?
4. Are the sites the same/different?
5. Are you sure you're not seeing a Google page saying DNS server couldn't be contacted?
