Triple buffering on or off?

Using my 4670, i have Vsync on in CCC, every game runs well the same like it does when its off , but now every game never goes above 60 and stays around 60 pretty much all the time. However, should i enable triple buffering, is it going to improve anything or just leave it online?

Vsync locks your framerate to the same refesh rate as your monitor. in your case 60hz

Your frame rate will stay below or on 60 fps to prevent an effect called screen tearing.
