i have a trojan-backdoor-stickbreath and i quarantine it is that enough to clear it???

i have ran malware and antivir twice already as well as spy sweeper (which was the one that found the file) and no more trojan

is that good if i get another one i make sure to add the log file

OK then in Spysweeper or whatever program has the file quarantined then empty/delete the files in quarintine!
