Trojan Infection. What to do from here?

Hi. I have what AVG 8.5 has said is Trojan Horse Fake Alert infection. When serving the net, all sort of extra Windows and dialogs appear.

I have run all the instructions as per the Preliminary Removal Instructions and have attached all the relevent logs here.

Since I have complete all the tasks, and got back on the web the issue has not re-occured, but if there is anything else I need to do to make sure this infection is gone 100%, please let me know ASAP.

Am a developer, so cannot afford to keep infected computer or the down time related to it.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):

Reboot.

Have you ever concidered replace AVG8 ?
As their products are apparently not good enough to clean a computer.
Besides AVG Free does not contain Anti-Rootkit protection.
