trojan malware

this morning when I turned on my laptop there was an error message that I had a back door trojan --malware! I have Webroot spyware..Ran the scan, but could not remove it...Some one please help

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
